Account ManagerPer Mar Security Services is seeking Entry Level and Experienced Security Officers to join our expanding team! Are you looking to change careers? We are interested in you!Adhere to and enforce all Per Mar and client company policies and procedures.Directly supervise Lead Officers and Security Officers at assigned account.Schedule Lead Officers and Security Officers at assigned account.Prepare and communicate post orders for assigned site.Interview prospective employees for assigned account.Act as liaison between assigned client and the branch office.Address and resolve client issues and complaints.Communicate with Account Manager, Branch General or Operations Manager on regular basis.Review and ensure all payroll information is accurate for employees at assigned account.Perform fingerprinting of employees as required.Oversee training of all new Lead Officers and Security Officers at assigned account.Perform discipline and evaluations of Lead Officers and Security Officers at assigned account.Maintain and distribute required reports and records.Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of all company vehicles assigned to Security Officer Division.Responsible for keeping track of mileage as required by clientConduct regular security post checks at assigned account.Enforce and maintain measures to control overtime and training costs.Adhere to the highest standards of ethical business conduct and compliance by acting lawfully, ethically, honestly and professionally in the performance of their jobs at all times as well as be in compliance with company policy and procedures as it relates to their job function.When appropriate, inform customers of Per Mar Security Services of products and services and refer business to appropriate department.As this position develops, the employee may be assigned additional duties or special projects as deemed necessary by management.Assume responsibility for understanding and complying with Per Mar Security Services attendance expectations.Carry or wear on your person state security license and Per Mar ID card.Maintain a positive work atmosphere by interacting with the Per Mar Security Services internal/external customers (including, but not limited to: current  customers, prospective customers, clients, vendors, co-workers, supervisors and management) in a mutually respectful manner regardless of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation and all other protected classes.Why Work For Us?Competitive CompensationEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramGreat full-time and part-time shifts available!Medical, dental, and vision coverage!Life insurance401KFree uniforms!We put you through all of the necessary training!Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rulesThoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and securityWarn violators of premise rules and regulationsAddress persons engaging in suspicious or criminal actsReport any facility issuesRequest emergency personnel for high risk situationsQualifications:18 years of age or olderFamiliarity with security equipmentAbility to handle physical workloadStrong attention to detailMust possess the values important to Per Mar Security – Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.Per Mar is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer/Women/Minorities/Veterans/DisabilitiesWork with the best!
