What Youll Do Manage active job openings and candidate pipelines from day one Source, screen, and engage candidates for immediate hiring needs Build and maintain a strong ready-now bench of qualified talent Match candidates to school and district requirements with accuracy and urgency Drive speed-to-submit and consistently hit weekly recruiting goals Partner closely with onboarding and credentialing teams to ensure smooth, on-time starts Keep candidate data accurate and organized in internal systems This is an agency recruiting role, focused on execution and fulfillment.
