If you love crisp winter days, staying active, and helping guests enjoy a safe and beautiful resort setting, this could be the perfect seasonal role for you. ?️ What You'll DoAs part of our Winter Grounds Crew, you'll help keep the property safe, clean, and welcoming throughout the snowy season. Responsibilities may include: ❄️ Snow plowing resort roads and parking areas? Shoveling and de-icing walkways, cabin steps, and common areas? General grounds maintenance throughout the winter? Light outdoor cleanup and property upkeep? Providing friendly assistance to guests when needed?️ Helping the Maintenance team with seasonal tasks as assigned ? What We're Looking For Experience with plowing, backhoe or operating equipment preferred, but not requiredAbility to work outdoors in winter conditionsReliable, punctual, and team-orientedWillingness to perform physical tasks (lifting, shoveling, walking in snow)A positive attitude-this job is outdoorsy and fun! ?
