The Architect will engage directly with clients to understand and realize their vision, turning concepts into beautiful, functional designs. You will have the opportunity to adjust designs throughout the building process to enhance structural integrity and maximize cost savings, ensuring a seamless experience from planning to completion. Key Responsibilities: Utilize computer-assisted design software and equipment to create exceptional project designs and plans. Produce detailed Construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit. Lead client discussions during the design phase to capture their aspirations. Collaborate closely with the design team and management to provide all necessary documents from conceptualization through detailed design. Research and coordinate materials and products for project specifications. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Ohio AIA License. Experience in Code and Compliance. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
