We're seeking an experienced E-commerce Fulfillment Senior Manager to lead high-volume D2C (small-parcel) and B2B fulfillment operations. This role combines hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor with ownership of planning, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. This role has full ownership of fulfillment operations, including labor, inventory, systems, and performance.What Success Looks Like (6-12 Months)Consistently hitting or exceeding KPIs for throughput, accuracy, and on-time shippingImproving labor efficiency and reducing cost per orderSuccessfully scaling operations through peak seasonBuilding a strong leadership bench across shiftsDriving measurable process improvementsWhy This Role is DifferentTrue ownership - Full responsibility for fulfillment, performance, and systemsDirect impact - Your decisions affect cost, customer experience, and growthScale and complexity - Lead both D2C small-parcel and B2B operationsOperate within EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) - Clear priorities, measurable scorecards, and accountabilityContinuous improvement culture - Expected to drive change, not maintain status quoFast-moving environment - Less bureaucracy, more executionCompensationBase salary: $90,000 - $110,000Performance-based incentives include quarterly and annual payouts tied to KPIs of $100,000 - $130,000+.Compensation:$100,000 - $130,000Responsibilities:Lead daily D2C (small-parcel) and B2B fulfillment across a 32,000 sq. ft. facility and offsite storageManage and scale a fulfillment team, growing to ~120 employees during peak season, including seasonal hiring and 24/7 peak operationsDrive continuous improvement to increase throughput and reduce costs (Lean/Six Sigma or similar)Own WMS and warehouse technology, including reporting, integrations, and vendor coordinationOwn complete inventory control, including inbound receiving, cycle counting, reconciliation, root cause analysis of variances, and shrink reduction initiativesEnsure real-time inventory accuracy in WMS and drive alignment between physical and system inventory Establish and manage KPIs (productivity, accuracy, on-time shipping, cost)Hire, develop, and lead fulfillment staff and frontline leadersOptimize pick/pack, slotting, replenishment, and bulk handling processesManage relationships with carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS), LTL/FTL partners, 3PLs, and vendorsIdentify and execute cost-saving initiatives across labor, shipping, and operationsResolve operational, system, and vendor issues to maintain and improve service levelsQualifications:Must-Have Experience5+ years in ecommerce or warehouse fulfillment (D2C small-parcel and B2B)Strong WMS experience, including ownership or deep hands-on optimization and reporting4+ years managing teams of 40+ employeesProven ownership of end-to-end inventory control, including inbound receiving, inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and discrepancy resolution in a high-volume fulfillment environmentProven success in high-volume, multi-shift, peak-season environmentsAdvanced Excel and strong systems proficiencyData-driven with strong analytical and process optimization skillsProven leadership ability with a track record of developing teams and driving accountabilityDemonstrated ownership of operational performance, including accountability for KPIs, cost, and team outcomesBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceFlexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as neededNice to HaveExperience implementing a Warehouse Management System (WMS)Experience developing, negotiating, and managing vendor and carrier agreementsBackground in continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)About CompanyA four-time winner of the Metro 50 award, which honors them as one of Oklahoma City's fastest-growing private companies.
