As a contract Senior Recruiter, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, end-to-end recruitment for our client, supporting a range of projects across infrastructure, sustainability, and innovation. You'll work closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and the global talent acquisition team to attract, engage, and hire the best talent, while ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires excellent relationship-building skills, recruitment expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. The role will need to reside in the following state locations: Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Texas, Toronto, Ontario.This is a 6 month contract.Preferred candidates will have Engineering and or Infrastructure Engineering experience.German language skills a plus. Key Accountabilities What you'll be doing: Own the full recruitment lifecycle - from job briefing and proactive sourcing, to offer and onboarding - for roles including engineering, consultancy, and corporate functions. Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies. Proactively source candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools, referrals), ensuring a strong pipeline of niche talent. Promote client as an employer of choice by delivering a best-in-class candidate experience and effectively communicating our clients EVP. Use data and insights to track performance, report on KPIs, and continuously improve sourcing and hiring outcomes, delivering against KPI's and SLA's. Skills & Experience You'll need to demonstrate: Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering and/or Aerospace Engineering recruitment experience ATS: Oracle experience a plus English language required, German language skills a plus Proven experience as an in-house or 360 recruiter, in a multinational or matrixed environment. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills - able to build trust and credibility at all levels. Experience managing niche hiring needs across multiple disciplines. For this role in the US., the initial expected remuneration is $71,300 -103,400 plus applicable benefits.
