Position Highlights 24/7 in-house NNP coverage within a supportive, team-based environmentClose collaboration with Neonatologists who prioritize communication and shared decision-makingModern Level III NICU with strong interdisciplinary supportOpportunity to practice at the top of license in a well-resourced setting Key Responsibilities Participate in daily NICU rounds with the neonatology teamProvide support to the newborn nursery as neededAttend and manage high-risk deliveries with support from a dedicated neonatal resuscitation teamPerform advanced neonatal procedures, including:Endotracheal intubationUmbilical line placement (UAC/UVC)Chest tube or pigtail catheter insertionLumbar punctures Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $120,000 $190,000 (commensurate with experience)Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement options, and paid time off Why Odessa, TX?
