The Group's focus on customer satisfaction, transparency, and integrity has helped build lasting relationships in the communities we serve.About the RoleJenkins Auto Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing and Technology Operations Coordinator to support the Director of Marketing and Technology. This role will help improve communication, reporting, and campaign coordination across all dealership operations and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Pay based upon experience. Must be able to commute 2-3 times week to other Florida dealership locations, must have reliable transportation, clean driving record, be insurable by company liability, Florida driver's license, and work on Saturdays occassionally.What You Will DoReporting and Performance TrackingPull and organize marketing and sales performance reports with training providedStandardize reporting formats to ensure consistency across all locationsMaintain reporting calendars and meet deadlinesIdentify missing information or inconsistencies and follow up for resolutionCampaign CoordinationCoordinate communication between dealership leaders, vendors, and internal teamsTrack campaign timelines to ensure timely launchesFollow up consistently to prevent delaysProvide clear status updates to leadershipWebsite and Quality Control OversightReview dealership websites for common quality control issuesFlag errors and coordinate correctionsEnsure consistent presentation across locationsVendor and System SupportBuild professional working relationships with marketing and technology vendorsLearn dealership management systems, customer relationship management platforms, inventory tools, and advertising platformsAssist with system access approvals and coordinationSupport inventory feed tracking and troubleshootingAdministrative and Organizational SupportSchedule meetings and maintain structured communication workflowsOrganize digital files and documentationTrack open tasks and ensure follow-throughProofread marketing and search optimization content for clarity and accuracyWhat Success Looks LikeWithin the first six months, you will:Deliver clean, consistent, and reliable reportingHelp launch marketing campaigns faster by improving communicationReduce website errors and inconsistenciesImprove response times from vendors and store leadersCreate better organization within the marketing and technology departmentWhat We Are Looking ForStrong written and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detailHighly organized with strong follow-throughCalm under pressure in a fast-paced environmentProfessional and confident when working with multiple personalitiesSelf-motivated and proactiveComfortable learning new software systemsProficient in basic office productivity toolsAutomotive retail experience preferredAssociate degree or higher preferred; or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience in Marketing and/or Technology
