Description Job Overview As an Admin Assistant , you will support the day-to-day operations of a cooperative community in Bayside Queens, ensuring smooth lease administration, resident satisfaction, and compliance with company standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based out of Bayside Queens, NY The job duties listed are typical examples of the work performed by positions in this job classification. Key Responsibilities: - Tenant Support: Respond to tenant questions, complaints, and service requests. - Maintenance Coordination: Schedule repairs, inspections, and cleaning services. - Rent & Payments: Assist with maintenance collection and track payment records. - Administration: Keep property files, contracts, and compliance documents organized. - Team Support: Work closely with senior property managers and contractors. - Property Checks: Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and upkeep.
