It is known for supporting complex, highly regulated environments through project controls, technical expertise, and operational excellence.Key RequirementsOnsite position: 4 days per week, 10-hour shiftsAbility to obtain a Q clearance10+ years of experience as a Project SchedulerBachelor's degree requiredDemonstrated experience with Project Control Systems, including Earned Value Management (EVM)Strong understanding of project management processes and controlsExcellent oral and written communication skills, including reporting to customers and stakeholdersPosition OverviewThe Project Scheduler is responsible for executing technical project control activities to ensure assigned projects are delivered efficiently, on time, within budget, and in compliance with government and facility directives. This role provides leadership and technical expertise across planning, scheduling, monitoring, analysis, configuration control, and reporting for multiple projects of varying size, complexity, and risk.ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ControlsPlan, coordinate, and direct project control activities in support of Project Management mission objectivesSupport integration of scope, cost, and schedule planning and executionDevelop and manage cost, schedule, and risk management plansEnsure project managers have accurate tools and data to validate project health, compliance, and performanceScheduling, Cost, & EVM ManagementUtilize project control tools and systems to manage and report cost and schedule performanceCollect and analyze performance data, including EVM metricsDevelop Estimates to Complete (ETC) and schedule forecastsIdentify and track changes or potential changes to project scope, cost, and scheduleEnsure schedule and cost impacts are clearly communicated to the client and project leadershipReporting & Systems IntegrationManage integration of cost and schedule data with accounting and management information systemsProvide accurate, timely reporting to internal leadership, customers, and stakeholdersSupport compliance with contractual, financial, and performance goalsStakeholder Engagement & LeadershipInterface with internal and external stakeholders to gather business inputs and distribute actionable outputsTake a leadership role in driving organizational alignment with company vision and objectivesSupport continuous improvement in project control processes and best practices
