JOB DESCRIPTION: This role manages training projects from idea to implementation for prioritized needs within our Customer Experience organization. They will partner with SMEs and content owners, assess learning needs, determine content and develop training solutions. With an emphasis on Leadership Development and Organizational Development, they will help implement and communicate training solutions with measurable business impact. This role may facilitate training and workshops, as required. RESPONSIBILITIES Interact with Customer Experience leadership teams and employees to understand business plans, priorities, issues, needs and lead the identification and implementation of learning and performance improvement solutions. Assess performance gaps, learning needs to align solutions. Apply adult learning principles, ADDIE model, and Kirkpatrick model to create courses and workshops. Collaborate with other learning professionals to create learning plans (which may include a blended approach), design curriculum, and formulate implementation strategies. Create learning strategies and project plans, including objectives, and all support resources needed for execution. Design and assist with workshop facilitation. Provide coaching and support to others who develop and deliver training. Continually enhance our methods and materials based on best practices in the industry, emerging technologies, business unit requirements and expectations, and feedback. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in HRD, training, or instructional design, or equivalent experience and demonstrated skills and abilities Minimum 5-7 years experience designing, developing, and implementing technical and soft skills training programs Experience supporting leadership development programs Strong knowledge of Organizational Development principles Advanced skills using PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams Intermediate skills using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and screen capturing software. Experience working in project teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work closely with subject matter experts to produce learning materials Experience as an internal consultant and skilled in applying a performance consulting approach to SME and stakeholder relations Understanding of and extensive experience utilizing learner-centered approaches in the design and development of learning solutions PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience using metrics to measure the impact of the training solution Experience supporting, or as a professional in, customer experience and/or sales PAY RANGE: $77,255.00 - $119,745.00 CULTURE AND BENEFITS: At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do. PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate.
