Plant Manager Oak Creek, WI We are recruiting a Plant Manager on behalf of a well-established company. This leader will oversee all day-to-day plant operations and drive performance across safety, quality, productivity, and cost.?? Corrugated manufacturing experience is required. Candidates without corrugated industry background will not be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesLead plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and shipping/receivingDrive plant performance metrics for production, quality, waste, and efficiencyManage cost controls, labor, capital spending, and incentive programsLead, coach, and develop salaried and hourly teamsOversee facility and equipment maintenanceSupport employee relations and customer interactions as neededRequired QualificationsProven leadership experience in corrugated manufacturing (mandatory)Experience managing operations, teams, and performance metrics in a plant environmentHigh school diploma required; college degree preferredPreferred5+ years of corrugated manufacturing leadership experienceFamiliarity with industry-specific manufacturing systems and reporting toolsAdditional DetailsExempt, salaried role reporting to VP of OperationsManufacturing environment with typical physical demands
