This is a modern, high-speed production environment where engineering excellence, automation, and continuous improvement directly support daily production and product quality.This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on Electrical & Controls Technician who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working with advanced automation systems, and contributing to reliable, efficient manufacturing operations.You'll be part of a collaborative maintenance and engineering team that values safety, uptime, and long-term equipment performanceWhat You'll DoIn this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving electrical and automation systems that keep production running efficiently and safely.Key responsibilities include:Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical, instrumentation, and control systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentProgramming, modifying, loading, and diagnosing PLC systems across multiple platforms and generationsConfiguring, maintaining, and troubleshooting HMIs, VFDs, and motor control systems, including Allen-Bradley drivesSupporting and maintaining sensors, I/O systems, and field instrumentation across production equipmentCollaborating with maintenance and engineering teams to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actionsSupporting equipment startups, commissioning, testing, and system upgradesDesigning and implementing control system improvements to enhance safety, uptime, and efficiencyMaintaining accurate documentation, program backups, and version control for all control system changesProviding off-hours or emergency support when needed to minimize production downtimeWhat You BringWe are looking for a technically skilled and solution-driven professional with strong industrial controls experience.Required qualifications:Hands-on experience in industrial electrical and controls maintenanceStrong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial automation systemsExperience working with Allen-Bradley platforms and drivesAbility to troubleshoot across multiple generations of control systems and equipmentStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities in a production environmentComfortable working independently and collaboratively within a maintenance teamExperience in food manufacturing, bakery, packaging, or high-speed production environments is preferredWillingness to support overtime and off-hours troubleshooting as neededWhy This Role Stands OutThis is more than a maintenance position.
