Senior Physician - Urology,#Full Time Highland Medical Urology # Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, with rotating on call# # $500K + (A guaranteed base salary plus opportunities for quarterly bonuses) # We have a new opportunity for an experienced# Board Certified Urologist to expand their skills at#Highland#s Urology practice which is part of#our expansive multi specialty group Highland Medical, a division of Montefiore. Highland Urology is located in its own facility across from Montefiore Nyack Hospital, Nyack NY.# The Urology Group is a new specialty to Highland with opportunity#for growth due to the large within Rockland County, providing a full range of services in an outpatient setting.#The Physicians in this group share a 1:5 or better rotating on call schedule to#cover Montefiore Nyack hospital. # The Senior Urologist#will see patients and provide clinical #and strategic leadership to further expand#the services.# Build up the department and expand the program#s regional impact.##This position will also have Administrative responsibilities. # Cutting edge technology:# Utilize 2 Da Vinci robots and Urodynamics for advanced procedures. Robotic expertise: Robotically trained candidates are preferred. Anesthesia Support: Collaborate with CRNA # MD anesthesia in a block scheduling framework. Efficient outpatient services: Benefit from modern and streamlined outpatient surgery services Referral Network: Leverage the support of 120+ primary care # other Specialty#providers within our network. Requirements/Qualifications for Director position: A minimum of 10 years# proven work experience in Urology; outpatient preferred. Medical Degree. Board Certified in Urology NYS#Medical License and DEA Must#be able to partner with physicians,#leadership and administration#to drive and optimize the program, playing an instrumental role in advancing the department#s mission of providing the best personalized, compassionate, quality care to patients.# Must have a commitment to discovery and innovation.
