Coverage Needed: Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Schedule: 8- or 10-hour shifts, but open to 12-hour, 16-hour, or 24-hour shifts Later shifts (3 p.m. - 11 p.m.) and weekend shifts are available 40-hour guarantee is an option Clinical Details: No heart cases; primarily neuro, endoscopy, and radiology cases Limited pediatric cases, mostly standard procedures 15-20 cases per site Supervised CRNA model (4:1 ratio); most physicians perform their own blocks and regional anesthesia CRNAs responsible for their own arterial line placements Float between 2 sites Requirements: Board Certified CRNA Active MI license Clean background ACLS & BLS through AHA PALS Clean background Full time providers preferred Current flu vaccine or medical exemption Local providers highly preferred
