Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits Ensure company vehicle fleet is in safe operable conditions Communicate effectively with coworkers, and customers Process and manage incoming shipments, including receiving in ERP system and labeling of products Prepare outgoing shipping documentation Maintain organizational systems within the warehouse Monitor and manage warehouse supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and in good working condition Comply with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment File and organize job folders for cabinet production. Enter purchase orders and maintain accurate records. Update the production log with completion dates (MRDs) and build dates for parts orders. Mark completed orders on the production log and move them from the active tab to the completed tab. Import commercial jobs into cabinet tracking software. Record mill dates on job folders. Print all receiving paperwork and labels for incoming deliveries. Maintain and answer the department's customer service email account. Move completed orders to the warehouse receiving log. Provide front desk coverage during lunch breaks or as needed. Qualifications Have a strong working knowledge of MS Excel Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, inventory management software) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.), as required
