You'll join a supportive team dedicated to high-quality outcomes and a positive patient experience.Compensation$362,000 (base guarantee), with productivity opportunity above the base and quality incentive pay determined annually. This position utilizes a team-based RVU model, with productivity pooled and distributed equitably based on FTE. Providers benefit from consistent earnings, with historical compensation at or above guaranteed levels.
