Dizario Search is conducting a search for a Production Supervisor located near North Ridgeville, OH. This opportunity is with a well-established industrial manufacturer serving a diverse customer base. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently met.Production Supervisor Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day production activities and supervise frontline manufacturing employeesPlan and coordinate schedules to meet output goals and customer deadlinesMonitor productivity, quality, and safety performance across assigned areasPartner with Maintenance to address equipment issues and minimize downtimeAnalyze production data and report on performance, trends, and improvement opportunitiesSupport hiring, onboarding, training, and employee relations in collaboration with HRDrive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wasteProvide hands-on floor support as needed to maintain workflow and production continuityProduction Supervisor Qualifications:Experience in heavy industrial, casting, foundry, melt shop, or similar high-heat manufacturing environments preferredHigh school diploma or GED required5+ years of experience in a manufacturing production environment1-5 years of supervisory or team leadership experienceStrong mechanical aptitude and general knowledge of industrial equipment and processesExperience troubleshooting production or equipment-related issuesIf you're interested in learning more, please apply or reach out to Nadine Flynn at nflynn@
