Job Title: Scheduling SpecialistJob SummaryThe Scheduling Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling of rough and trim phases, as well as rescheduling underground and tug-related work. This role ensures accurate communication with builders, maintains scheduling systems, and tracks inspection outcomes.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSchedule all rough and trim work using Computer Ease and distribute schedules accordinglyUtilize Supply Pro to schedule jobs and communicate with builders regarding roughs and trimsMaintain and update the master schedule; notify relevant departments or clients of any changes or delaysSchedule inspections for underslab, tugs, roughs, and tug changeover/pre-power (as required by county)Process payment for failed inspection fees and maintain records of failed inspectionsTrack inspection results (pass/fail) using Excel logs for subdivisions on the shared driveCommunicate with county offices to resolve issues that prevent inspection scheduling (e.g., linking Notice of Commencement to permits)Monitor job site progress through various builder websitesProvide coverage for other locations when team members are unavailablePerform additional duties as assignedRequired Skills and AbilitiesHigh level of reliability and integrityProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar programsAbility to learn Computer Ease and other scheduling softwareStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management and multitasking abilitiesAbility to remain focused and perform well under pressureTeam-oriented with a willingness to learn new processesEducation and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 2 years of customer service experience required4+ years of scheduling experience preferred3+ years of data entry experience preferred
