Schedule Flexible schedule options: 6-on/8-off or rotating set schedule.Weekend and holiday rotations every other week.All shifts are prescheduled to ensure work-life balance. Compensation & Benefits Base salary ranging from $134K - $200K, experience-dependent.Potential sign-on bonus, loan repayment, and relocation assistance.21 days PTO and 5 CME days with a $3,000 allowance.Annual salary review and potential for performance-based bonuses.
