Description Process banking transactions, count money, deliver great customer service and manage cash limits. Major Duties: Process banking transactions for customers Properly document identification for customer transactions Be aware of customer flow; watching for loitering or suspicious activity Responsibly manage their cash drawer; maintain proper cash levels, cash secured appropriately, bait money secured Balance cash drawer daily Keep work area free of clutter Image work Minor Duties: Answer Telephones Assist Clients with E-Banking Questions and Needs coin machine Filing signature cards Online banking Maintain a sufficient understanding of and adhere to regulatory compliance requirements as applicable, including BSA/OFAC Schooling & Seminars as offered Other Duties As Assigned Relationships Internal & External: Branch Staff Customer Service RequirementsPersonal & Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent organizational skills Excellent inter-personal skills Detail Oriented Problem solving skills Some College classes in Business Field preferred Physical Qualifications: Be able to lift &/or carry up to 50 lbs. Be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
