QA Laboratory Technician

Job#: 3030647 Job Description: Lab Technician Summary Perform microbiological, chemical, and physical testing of raw materials, in‑process products, and finished goods to ensure quality and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities * Conduct routine microbiological, chemical, and physical testing * Accurately document daily test results and records * Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety procedures * Use basic laboratory equipment in a manufacturing environment Qualifications * Associate degree or Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Biology or other related Science major. * Knowledge of GMPs and SPC plating preferred * Basic math skills and ability to interpret test results and procedures Work Environment & Physical Requirements * Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling lab equipment regularly required * Exposure to cold temperatures, wet/humid conditions, chemicals, and moderate noise * Personal protective equipment and hearing protection required as applicable Schedule * Variable shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
