In 2022, Spectra Tech was awarded 'Small Business of the Year' for 2021 by the U.S. Department of Energy Position Overview The purpose of this role is to generate marketing-quality media and design documentation that conveys concepts for future AEC programs and facilities. The candidate will develop and review building layouts, system designs, and visualizations while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Responsibilities Develop documents to record: Design progress Completed designs Construction specifications Create and review: Building floor plans System layouts Site layouts 2D and 3D renderings and visualizations Utilize tools such as: Revit Lumion Support industrial and commercial building design Coordinate with architects and multiple engineering disciplines Build collaborative relationships with internal teams Interpret and adapt design guidelines for specific applications Required Qualifications Engineer III: Bachelor's degree + 10 years of experience Engineer IV: Bachelor's degree + 15 years of experience Engineer V: Bachelor's degree + 20 years of experience Sr. Engineer IV: Bachelor's degree + 15 years of experience Clearance Requirements Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE Q Clearance U.S. Citizenship required At Spectra Tech, Inc., our recruitment team is powered by real people in real time-personally reviewing every application with care and integrity.
