This role is ideal for candidates coming from an electronics technician or electronics engineering background who enjoy hands-on work, failure analysis, and collaboration with technicians to improve manufacturing and repair processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily shop floor operations by troubleshooting and repairing electronic circuit boardsPerform electronic testing, soldering, and failure analysis on components and assembliesPrepare detailed repair reports and recommend best-practice repair proposalsCollaborate closely with technicians, engineers, and QA teams to ensure product quality standardsIdentify obsolete electronic components and develop alternative solutions as neededUtilize CAD tools and LabVIEW to support testing, modeling, and process improvementsRequired SkillsMinimum 2 years of electrical or electronics experience (internship experience accepted)Bachelor's degree in engineering or an Electronic Technician certificationStrong background in electronic repair and electronic troubleshootingHands-on experience soldering circuit boards and performing failure analysisAbility to diagnose issues at the board and component levelExperience with CAD modeling and LabVIEWPrior experience working in a manufacturing or shop floor environmentPlussesRobotics or automation backgroundExperience supporting QA or compliance standards in manufacturing
