Job Title: Health & Safety Specialist - HSE / OSHA / ComplianceLocation: Norcross, GA (Travel up to 40% domestic / 10% international)Pay: $85,000 - $105,000 + BonusSchedule: Full-time, on-site with travel (40% travel within the state, some travel to other company locations)Our client is a global leader in advanced packaging equipment and services, supporting industries across food, beverage, home, and personal care. With thousands of machines installed worldwide and nearly two centuries of combined expertise, they are known for innovation, engineering excellence, and exceptional customer support.They are looking for you, an experienced Health & Safety Specialist, to support installation and service operations across North America. This is a direct-hire opportunity where you will ensure the highest level of safety, compliance, and operational performance across field teams and customer sites.What you get to do:• Ensure H&S coordination plans are completed prior to field service deployments• Develop, implement, and administer QHSE&S policies and programs• Manage travel safety requirements for regional interventions• Oversee employee training programs related to QHSE&S• Ensure PPE availability and compliance• Conduct audits and lead corrective action plans• Support supplier evaluations and compliance improvements• Track, report, and trend incident data in alignment with OSHA standards• Lead accident/illness investigations and safety committee meetings• Inspect and evaluate workplace conditions for compliance• Conduct OSHA, NFPA, and ANSI safety training• Provide H&S onboarding for new employees• Drive cultural change to promote safe behaviors across all sitesWhat you need to succeed:• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field• 2-3 years of HSE experience• Fluent English & Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ANSI, NFPA regulations• Ability to conduct safety inspections & investigations• H&S certifications required• Ability to analyze data, produce reports, and enforce safety protocols• Comfortable working in diverse environments and traveling as neededWhat's in it for you:• Competitive salary package• 401(k), medical, dental, vision, PTO, and additional benefits• Opportunity to work for a global, industry-leading organization• Strong commitment to employee development and safety culture• Exposure to advanced industrial equipment and large-scale installation projects• Collaborative, growth-oriented environment• On-site role with travel variety-never a boring dayApply now!One of our recruiters will review your profile and reach out if you qualify!#LI-JP1
