Job Description:
HR Admin Position HR Admin needed for a well-established distributor in Norcross, GA. This temp-to-hire position offers $25/hour with a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm schedule and the opportunity to join a great team permanently. You'll provide critical HR support including attendance tracking, compliance, benefits administration, and onboarding while working with an experienced HR team! Job Duties: Prepare, maintain, and distribute HR reports (daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually) and maintain HR postings on Company Intranet Monitor daily employee attendance and timekeeping records across all locations, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance Maintain accurate employee personnel files in compliance with federal and state regulations Ensure compliance with Federal and State labor law posting requirements across all systems Support medical and dental audits by preparing data, reconciling monthly invoices, and coordinating with Payroll Manager Audit ADP entries, postings, policies, and procedures for accuracy; report discrepancies and collaborate on updates Coordinate and track employee training programs, maintain training records and completion logs Assist with open enrollment preparation, communicate benefits information to employees, and support benefits-related audits Assist with FMLA and State Paid Family Leave administration and employee communications Support new hire onboarding including scheduling orientations, collecting paperwork, and completing E-Verify and I-9 processes Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism following data privacy standards Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of administrative experience with HR support Experience with HR-specific programs and ADP payroll systems Benefits support experience preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Knowledge of basic HR practices and compliance requirements Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion In-office position required, five days per week To apply for the HR Assistant position, please submit your resume in response to this ad or fill out an application on our website, impactstaffing.com.
