As our HR Department Leader, you will report directly to the COO and have a clear performance-based path leading to executive leadership roles as we scale beyond 250 employees. Your Mission: To ensure every team member, whether a technician in Ohio or a remote team member in the Philippines, experiences a world-class workplace. Talent Acquisition: You will spearhead the hiring pipeline, bringing in the right talent to fuel our fast-paced growth. Payroll & Benefits: Collaborate with our CFO to manage multi-state payroll and refine our benefits offerings. Operational Excellence: Ensure accurate attendance tracking and HRIS management. KPI Collaboration: Work with the President of our Maintenance Company to align HR initiatives with technician performance.
