Sales/Service Agent

Drive business growth by converting inbound leads into customers, upselling and upgrading services, and retaining existing accounts, while also coordinating and optimizing daily schedules for up to three pest control technicians. This role blends consultative sales, customer experience, and operational scheduling to maximize revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Location: Nisswa, MN - Up to one day working at home a week after the training period Position Type: Full-Time • Hourly + Commission Incentives For New Sales • Non-Exempt Benefits: Hourly + Commissions (no quotas or outbounds sales) Health, Dental, Vision, & More PTO, Paid Holidays, and Sick Leave General Tasks: Sales: Convert inbound calls, texts, chats, and emails into booked services and recurring plans Sell residential services and select commercial services that best fit the needs of the customer and company Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer plans through upgrades and added services Service: Schedule and optimize routes for up to three technicians Support inbound estimate and scheduling queues Confirm appointments, adjust schedules as needed, and maintain route completion standards. General Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred Proficient computer and phone skills Excellent typing skills (at least 40 WPM) Background in telecommunications is highly preferred but not required Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday Rotating Monthly Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (only for peak season April-September) Interested applicants must be flexible and able to work as early as 7:00 am and/or as late as 6:00 pm at least one day per week during peak season.
