Per Diem Pharmacist - Niles, Illinois

A Per Diem opportunity is available for a pharmacist to provide PRN coverage on February 16th and 17th from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This role is ideal for those with specialty or oncology pharmacy experience; however, candidates with strong retail pharmacy backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. This position requires proficiency with Enterprise RX Pharmacy System and Iknowmed EMR. An active and clear Illinois pharmacist license is mandatory. Responsibilities include: Accurately dispensing medications and verifying prescriptions Utilizing pharmacy systems for order processing and documentation Applying pharmaceutical knowledge in oncology or specialty pharmacy settings, if applicable Providing excellent patient care and counseling Qualifications: Active Illinois pharmacist license Experience in specialty or oncology pharmacy preferred, solid retail pharmacy experience also considered Familiarity with Enterprise RX Pharmacy System and Iknowmed EMR Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Location: Niles, Illinois (8915 W Golf Rd) This Per Diem role offers flexibility for professionals seeking short-term assignments with competitive compensation.
