Front Desk Clerk The Red Coach Restaurant, Inc. DBA Red Coach Inn (Niagara Falls, NY) seeks front desk clerks for two full-time, temporary positions available from 4/1/2026 to 10/31/2026. Work hours: Mon-Sun, 8am-11pm. Eight hour shifts, schedule varies, rotating days off, 35 hours/week. $18.51/hr, OT at $27.77/hr. This is a tipped position so staff will earn the greater of $16.00 per hour plus service fees or $18.51/hr. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. H-2B application to be concurrently filed with USDOL. Duties: Check in, greet, register, assign rooms, and issue keys to guests. Check out all guests who require check out service. Handle incoming calls and messages from guests and staff members. Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, reservations, dining and packages. Make, cancel, and confirm reservations. Handle guest complaints. Compute bills, collect payments, and make changes for guests. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Ability to bend, stoop, stand and walk for long periods of time. No experience or education required. Worksite: 2 Buffalo Avenue, Niagara Falls NY 14303, Niagara County. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. Employer will assist workers with securing housing, but employer will not provide housing. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50% of the employment contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
