Registered Nurse (RN) Pre-Op/PACU (Full Time) Location: Medical Center - 600 Medical Center Drive, Newton, KS, 67114 Category: PERIANESTHESIA Are you looking to be a part of a compassionate care-giving team? We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse for our Peri-anesthesia Department . In this role, you will: Provide professional nursing care to both inpatients and outpatients of all ages. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient and family needs. Plan, coordinate, and deliver nursing care, including teaching, counseling, and direct physical care. Evaluate patient responses to care and monitor progress toward desired outcomes. Assist other healthcare personnel with delegated aspects of patient care. Perform other related duties as assigned. Function as an active member of the interdisciplinary care team to ensure holistic, coordinated care. Positions available: Full time 8am-6:30pm with On-Call Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Education and experience: ADN/BSN degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited school of nursing or diploma in nursing required Licensure, registration and certification: Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Kansas Certification in CPR/Basic Life Support Certification in Advance Cardiac Life Support recommended PALS Certification NMC Health offers competitive pay with rich differentials.
