Food & Beverage Line Attendant

Overview:Sunday River is searching for Food & Beverage Line Attendants to provide top-notch customer service in our lodge cafeteriasLine Attendants meet, greet, and converse with guests and prep and prepare food. Most shifts start at 6AM and include weekends and holidays, with an emphasis on attendance during periods of extremely heavy business.Responsibilities:Be on time, respectful, and dependableRespond to guests' needs promptlyTake direction from supervisors or chefsUnderstand basic culinary terminology and principlesMaintain sanitation, according to health and safety standardsPrep foods according to recipes and kitchen standardsHandle kitchen cutlery efficiently and safelyCover, label, and date food items and store them properlyPrepare line items in a timely mannerMaintain a clean workstation which includes cleaning and sanitizing after each taskFollow grooming standards, including wearing a clean uniform and nametag that can be clearly seenOperate at all times under the guidelines of Boynes Brand StandardsOperate within Local, State, Federal and Sunday River guidelines, laws, and health codeQualifications:Related experience preferred, but not required.Must be at least 16 years oldCompensation & BenefitsWages range from $ $17 per hourTeam Member Perks include:Free Ski Pass and access to other Boyne ResortsResort discounts on dining, retail, lodging, and spaEligibility for affordable team member housing
