We have been named a finalist for the Best Place To Work four years in a row, as well as a Top 50 Nonprofit to work for in the Nation!Purpose:To provide employment coaching through building relationships with customers and employers, provide job preparation skills and assistance for customers, assisting with job placement, follow up with employed individuals progress, and provide support with a customer-first attitude.Job Responsibilities Include:Support the customers of Brighton Center programs with resume and cover letter preparation servicesInterview preparationProvide career counseling and develop individualized placement goalsDevelop and maintain relationship with job shadow and employment opportunitiesProvide employment placement assistanceFollow up with employed customers for two years after they start employmentRequirements:A Bachelor's degree and/or combination of education/training and experience (professional and/or lived) is valued and will be highly considered2-3 years' experience in Workforce Development and/or Non-profit workCustomer service experienceWhat we offer:Competitive Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits Retirement Plan-employer contribution of 4% of gross salary for 403b and additional 2% match optionGenerous Vacation and Sick Leave11.5 Paid HolidaysChildcare DiscountAgency Life and Long-Term Disability InsuranceProfessional DevelopmentEducation AwardsThis is an Exempt position with a salary range of $37,000 - $39,000.If you are interested in this position, please log on to /careers and apply today!
