Support technical issue triage by organizing field and system information; collect and maintain supporting technical documentation and evidence (e.g., equipment serial numbers, service reports, dispatch notes, alarm/fault logs and related records). Coordinate cross"‘functional follow"‘through with Asset Management, Field Operations, HSE, Compliance, Operations Engineering, and external vendors/service providers to support issue resolution, documentation quality and operational readiness. Maintain issue trackers, warranty logs and operational records in company systems (e.g., CMMS and asset tracking databases); maintain inventory and serialized component tracking, including spares, RMAs, replacements and returns. Coordinate vendor visits, service dispatches and follow"‘up actions; ensure required service documentation is received and properly archived. Travel to ERCOT sites as needed to support audits, inspections, issue verification, commissioning and testing support; document observations, action items and follow"‘up requirements for the O&M Manager and relevant teams. Support construction and commissioning activities on an as"‘needed basis, including testing support, punch"‘list follow"‘up, documentation collection and coordination with internal and external teams to improve Asset Management readiness and post"‘COD operational knowledge continuity.
