Would you be open to a position at our company ControlRecruit are a niche high-end direct-hire agency (NOT a typical staffing firm) with specializations in Automation, Data Center, Power Management/Supply, Engineering (MEP & Civil), etc. Our customers are a mix of Fortune 500 corps and local contractors/engineering firms. While most recruitment firms focus on heavy "cold calling", we primarily focus on pinpoint recruitment with "messaging" that leads to "warm" calls. We collaborate as a team with 4 layers: Recruiters, Sales, Sourcers, and Lead Generators.LOCATION: Newport Mesa / Newport Beach, CA (20280 Acacia)POSITION:Sourcer (3 Openings)Match & Message candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, etcCareer-Growth: Sr. Sourer or transition into a Recruiter or Recruitment Manager Shadowing candidate and client communication via emails and callsFind "gems/purple unicorns" on resume database sites: ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, etcBuild targeted marketing lists in very niche industries for the Sales teamFormat resumes and create marketing profilesOFFICE PERKS:Office SnacksOffice Beer & Wine (after 4pm)Company Events: Happy Hours, Sports Games (Chargers, Angels, Ducks), etcClose proximity to various restaurants/activitiesFriendly work environmentOFFERED: Estimated Pay: $50,000 to $70,000 = Base Pay ($18-28/hour) + 10 hours Overtime/week + Bonuses401K w/ 5% Match (eligibility after 1 year) - Dollar-for-Dollar; 100% Vested Medical - Anthem PPO (Gold and Silver Plan)Dental - Anthem PPO
