The Distribution Center Manager will oversee daily operations within the distribution center, including inventory management, staff supervision, and logistics coordination. The role involves ensuring efficient order fulfillment, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing processes for timely deliveries. The Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives and drive operational efficiency.QualificationsLeadership and Team Management skills, with experience in supervising staff and managing team performanceExpertise in Inventory Management and Supply Chain operationsStrong Logistics Coordination and Warehouse Operations experienceKnowledge of Quality Control processes and safety standardsExcellent problem-solving and organizational abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in logistics and inventory management softwareBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferredPrior experience in distribution center or warehouse management is highly desirableAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesKnowledge of the outdoor equipment industry is a plus
