Known for its use of state-of-the-art technology and modern clinical approaches, Timeless Hearing delivers premier hearing services across its growing network of practices.As part of their continued expansion, Timeless Hearing is excited to open a new location in Newburgh, NY and is seeking a motivated Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) or Audiolgist to play a key role in launching and growing this practice.Position OverviewThe Hearing Instrument Specialist will provide comprehensive hearing healthcare services with a strong focus on patient education, personalized solutions, and long-term outcomes. The ideal candidate values collaboration, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and is excited about helping establish a new practice location while building strong patient and community relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for adult patients in accordance with best practice guidelinesCounsel patients on test results and recommend appropriate hearing solutions based on individual needs and lifestylesFit and dispense hearing aids, including daily-wear and extended-wear options (Lyric experience preferred)Provide follow-up care, adjustments, troubleshooting, and ongoing patient supportEducate patients and caregivers on hearing loss, hearing technology, and realistic expectationsMaintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and professional standardsContribute to a positive, patient-first culture during the launch and growth of the Newburgh locationRequirementsActive New York State Hearing Instrument Specialist license (or ability to obtain)Experience fitting and dispensing hearing aids; Lyric and custom solutions experience is a plusStrong interpersonal and counseling skills with a patient-centered mindsetAbility to manage a full patient schedule efficientlyCommitment to professional growth, continuing education, and team collaborationCompensation & Earning PotentialUncapped commission structure offering strong earning potentialGuaranteed commission during the ramp-up period, providing income stability while building patient relationships and community connectionsGuaranteed portion tapers as the provider's book of business and referral base grow, allowing long-term earnings to be driven by performanceCompensation model designed to support success during the launch phase of the Newburgh location and reward sustained growthBenefitsSalary Plus Commission Potential $155,000-$185,000Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)Medical BenefitsMatching 401(k)CEU ReimbursementRelocation Assistance
