Position Title: Travel LVN/LPN Location: Newark, NY 14513 Duration: 13 weeks Work Schedule: Mid 5x8-Hour (14:00 - 22:00) Pay Package: $42/hr | $1,680/wk. ($680 + $1,000 Stipend)Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Provide direct nursing care to geriatric behavioral health patients Administer medications and monitor patient responses Monitor and record vital signs, intake, and output Perform blood glucose monitoring and specimen labeling Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and hygiene care Implement behavior management and de-escalation protocols Support patients with dementia and mood disorders Educate patients and families regarding care plans Follow isolation precautions and infection control standards Document patient care accurately using EPIC charting system To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience] Active New York State LPN License BLS Certification (AHA) Minimum 1 year of LPN experience (2 years preferred) Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility or Behavioral Health setting EPIC charting experience (Required) Experience with behavior management and de-escalation techniques Candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility Must be comfortable floating based on facility needs Weekend coverage required every other weekend #HLT123 Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
