Role Overview: *Great Opportunity To Work With A World Class Healthcare System!*Sodexo is seeking an experienced Patient Experience Manager 2 to lead daily operations for our food team at Christiana Hospital, located in Newark, DE . This position will be dedicated to CCHS Newark campus (1,039 bed facility) with responsibility for facilitating system virtual meetings. This position wiill act as a resource for the 2 other campuses but will not require daily travel between campuses. What You'll Do: The Patient Experience Manager 2 will oversee a team of patient experience managers who have oversight of all food service activities on the patient care units. This position will have direct responsibility for delivering outcomes and enhancing the patient dining experience. Successful candidates will have a proven track record in delivering exceptional experiences to customers, patients, patrons, and guests. Rounding with existing patients, families, and Nursing personnel Collaboration with hospital clinical and administrative leadershipCollecting, organizing, and trending dataCommunicating findings with both Nutrition Services and interdisciplinary teamsNetworking with other hospitals to identify best practicesSome oversight of the Diet Office and supervision of Diet Office hourly staff & patient services hourly staffDaily patient meal rounding utilizing Service Depot, interacting with patients and nursing staffIdentifying and implementing process improvement initiatives to increase patient satisfactionEnsuring food safety and sanitation complianceOversee patient tray line to ensure meal accuracy What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
