A specialty pharmacy is seeking a licensed pharmacist for a contract opportunity in Wadena, MN. This 13+ week assignment offers a diverse role combining both retail and long-term care pharmacy responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day pharmacist duties in a specialty pharmacy setting Manage prescriptions and medication dispensing for retail customers and long-term care patients Provide clinical support and medication therapy management Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations Counsel patients on proper medication use and safety Qualifications & Experience: Current Minnesota Pharmacist license Immunization certification required CPR certification required PharmD degree or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) preferred Previous experience with long-term care pharmacy is advantageous Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Weekends off This role offers a unique opportunity to work in an engaging, supportive specialty pharmacy environment that values clinical expertise and patient care.
