Visit us at to learn more about us.Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Copywriter to develop, edit, and maintain user manuals and product documentation. This role is ideal for someone who excels at translating complex information into clear, user-friendly content that enhances the customer experience.Responsibilities:Review, Re-write, edit, and proofread user manuals, instruction guides, and supporting documentationTranslating manuals to multilingual as neededTranslate technical concepts into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand languageCollaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to gather informationEnsure consistency in tone, style, and terminology across all documentationOrganize and structure content for usability and accessibilityUpdate existing manuals to reflect product changes and improvementsDevelop visual aids (charts, diagrams, screenshots) in partnership with design teams when neededMaintain documentation standards and style guidesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field (or equivalent experience)3-5 yrs of experience in copywriting, technical writing, or documentation developmentStrong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex informationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Confluence, MadCap Flare, or similar)Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesPreferred QualificationsExperience writing user manuals or product documentationBackground in electronics a plusBasic understanding of UX writing principlesExperience with visual documentation tools or basic graphic editingBenefits and Perks:Hybrid work schedule (4 days onsite; 1 day work from home) & early FridaysGenerous PTO and paid holidays Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage with FSA or HSA optionsDiscounted life insuranceShort and long-term disability insuranceCritical illness, accident, and hospital indemnity insurance401K & Profit sharing Pre-tax commuter benefitsProfessional developmentTeam building and Company eventsNY Pay Transparency:The pay range for this position is ($60,000 - $65,000) annually based on skills and experience.Equal Opportunity Employer:Gina Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
