About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly collaborative professional to support the preparation and coordination of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs). This role plays a critical part in articulating the firm's investment philosophy, process, and value proposition across institutional and intermediary channels.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and can translate complex investment concepts into clear, compelling messaging.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and coordinate high-quality responses to RFPs and DDQs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with firm positioningManage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines with strong attention to workflow efficiencyPartner with investment, compliance, and distribution teams to gather, refine, and synthesize contentClearly communicate investment philosophy, strategy, and differentiatorsMaintain and enhance standard content language within RFP systems (e.g., Responsive)Support process improvement initiatives, workflow automation, and content governance effortsRequired Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum 2+ years of relevant experience (asset management RFP, client service, or related role preferred)Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skillsAbility to distill complex investment concepts into concise messagingProven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with RFP software (e.g., Responsive) strongly preferredFamiliarity with institutional and intermediary distribution channels is a plusProfessional CompetenciesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferredStrong critical thinking and synthesis skills (qualitative and quantitative information)Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments and seniority levelsComfortable facilitating discussions and driving content development in support of sales initiativesStrong interpersonal and time management skillsAdaptable to evolving technology platforms and process improvements
