VP - Digital Assets

Role OverviewWe are hiring a VP, Digital Assets to drive execution across our tokenization and on-chain distribution efforts.You will work directly with the Head of Digital Assets and own the day-to-day buildout of our platform, from structuring pilot transactions to coordinating with partners across tokenization, custody, stablecoins, and DeFi.This is a 0?1 execution role with significant ownership and visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute end-to-end tokenized credit transactions, including structuring, issuance, and settlementCoordinate with key partners across the stack:Work alongside legal to translate SPV / warehouse structures into tokenized formatsManage investor onboarding and execution workflows for institutional pilotsSupport development of on-chain liquidity and distribution strategies (secondary markets, collateralization, looping)Define and implement operational processes across token issuance, reporting, and settlementsInterface with DeFi protocols and partners as the platform evolves toward on-chain liquidity integrationHelp scale pilot transactions into repeatable, standardized programmesWhat We Are Looking For6-10+ years experience across structured finance, capital markets, private credit, or digital assetsStrong understanding of credit products (receivables, securitization, lending structures)Familiarity with tokenization and blockchain infrastructure (ERC standards, wallets, settlement flows)Ability to operate across legal, technical, and commercial workflowsHigh ownership mindset "” comfortable driving execution in an unstructured, fast-moving environmentStrong communication skills when working with institutional investors and external partnersNice to HaveExperience at an investment bank, private credit fund, or structured finance platformExposure to DeFi protocols, on-chain lending, or liquidity designPrior experience working with tokenization platforms, stablecoin issuers, custodians, wallets, and on/off-ramp providers or digital asset custody
