Field Electronics Technician

Job Description Field Electronics Technician 6+ Months Contract New York, NY. $32/hr. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing complex equipment at client sites. This will involve diagnosing technical issues, conducting routine inspections, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Install, configure, and test equipment at field sites Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems Read and develop wiring diagrams Perform preventive maintenance Provide on-site training to clients Maintain accurate records of service calls Collaborate with cross-functional teams Requirements Qualifications: Associate degree in Electronics or related field 3+ years of experience as an Electronics Technician (Troubleshoot to the board level) Field service experience a plus Live in one of the 5 boroughs Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems Able to read schematics and wiring diagrams Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Built and troubleshot PCBs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Able to pass drug and background check Benefits Compensation: $32/hour contract
