Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk protocols at a commercial real estate location.; Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify visitor access, issue passes or badges when appropriate, and support security-related screening and sign-in processes.; Answer phones, greet guests, and communicate with building management, tenants, and/or emergency contacts regarding incidents, requests, and building concerns.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and documenting security-related events.; Maintain accurate logs, reports, and front desk records while helping to support order and policy compliance throughout the location.
