Security Officer - Patrol Concierge

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and building staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies at a commercial real estate location.; Respond to incidents, service calls, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.; Monitor entry and exit points, assist with visitor access procedures, and document daily activities, incidents, and property-related concerns in accordance with site expectations.; Support emergency response activities by providing direction during alarms, medical events, weather-related issues, and/or building evacuations while coordinating with property management and first responders.
