This is a field-driven role focused on acquiring new accounts, building relationships, and generating revenue with independent retailers and multi-location operators.If you thrive on prospecting, closing deals, and building something from the ground up"”this is a strong opportunity with uncapped earning potential and clear growth path.What You'll DoNew Business Development (Primary Focus)Prospect and acquire new retail accounts (gas stations, convenience stores, wireless shops, grocery stores, check cashing locations, and more)Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, and referralsIdentify high-value accounts and secure strong revenue commitmentsPresent solutions including POS systems, prepaid services, bill pay, activations, and other revenue-generating productsClose deals and coordinate onboarding with internal teamsGrowth & Revenue AccountabilityMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsDrive productivity and revenue per locationMonitor performance of new accounts and support early successRelationship ManagementBuild trusted relationships with owners, operators, and store managersProvide ongoing support to ensure adoption and long-term successNegotiate effectively and handle objections with a consultative approachMarket Intelligence & CollaborationStay informed on telecom, fintech, and retail trendsProvide market feedback to leadershipPartner with internal teams to enhance the customer experienceWhat We're Looking ForProven hunter mindset with excellent new business development skillsTrack record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong closing, negotiation, and communication skillsSelf-motivated with ability to work independently in a field-based roleHigh level of resilience, persistence, and disciplineStrong time management and territory planning skillsTechnical aptitude with POS systems, hardware, and related toolsValid driver's license and reliable vehiclePreferred ExperienceWireless, telecom, prepaid, POS, or fintech salesExperience selling into retail environmentsBackground working with independent or multi-location operatorsBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusCompensation & GrowthCompetitive base salary.Uncapped commissionsStrong earning potential tied to performanceClear path for advancement into regional and national sales leadershipThis is an ideal opportunity for a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, and closing new business.CompensationBase salary range: $25,000-$36,000.
