Known for our integrity, concierge-level service, and deep industry relationships, we are expanding and seeking a Sales Director to lead, scale, and elevate our sales organization.The ideal candidate is a natural relationship-builder with experience managing high-value sales teams, thrives in fast-paced environments, and understands the psychology of luxury clientele. You are confident, strategic, and lead with both professionalism and empathy.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team across retail, wholesale, and digital channels.Develop and implement monthly and quarterly sales strategies to meet revenue targets.Maintain and strengthen relationships with VIP clients, collectors, and dealer networks.Coordinate and oversee showroom appointments, private viewings, trade shows, and events.Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Inventory to forecast demand and ensure product readiness.Monitor sales pipelines, performance metrics, CRM data, and closing strategies.Set sales standards and training protocols for negotiation, follow-up, rapport-building, and after-sale care.Uphold brand values of transparency, authenticity, and trust.Qualifications5+ years of luxury sales leadership experience (watches, jewelry, fashion, automotive, or private client services).Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.Strong negotiation, closing, and high-touch client service abilities.Confident public presence and ability to represent the brand at events.CRM and pipeline management expertise (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar).Passion for horology and knowledge of luxury timepieces preferred but not required (we can train the right person).What We OfferBase salary + uncapped commission structure.Access to inventory of high-demand luxury models.Strong operational and marketing support.Growth opportunities as we expand into new markets and platforms.A collaborative, entrepreneurial, and fast-moving environment.
