Each respective group is Iconic by Nature and Exceptional by Design.We currently are seeking an Account Services Lead:Account Services LeadHands on tactical leader with ability to get into the weeds as neededPartners with Accounts, Sales, Distribution functional areas to ensure all markets orders are entered, accurate and order maintenance is completeResponsible for training and development of associatesTrouble shooting business processes, reports, system issuesPromotes teamwork, collaboration and changeAccountable for:Order ManagementEnsure client's delivery goals are metProcess and follow up on client requests such as tracking deliveries and monitoring inventoryResolve client's customer service issuesMaintain accurate inventory levels and ensure accuracy of inventoryEnsure EDI compliance standards are metEnsure all orders for the new season are in and in sync with client's systemEnsures timely and accurate order entryOrder allocations and fulfillment: Review inbound product reports, partner with imports and warehouse, drop picks to warehouse, manage shortages, work with warehouse on routing requirements. Daily management of order files daily to review all new orders processed and goods receivedEDI processing and manages EDI hold file, pending file and EDI revisionsEstablish checks and balances to ensure all orders are captured, processed and checked for accuracyPoint of contact for our retail partners for shipping inquiries, UPC/GXS catalog questions, Order inquiries, extensions, corrections and maintenance, order confirmations,Review, update and retrieve information from external vendor/accounts portalsPartners with sales to quickly resolve issues that prevent or delay the order management ProcessSupport ecom businesses providing product attribute details and images onto customer portals or templates, requiring heavy data entry.Work closely with both internal and external business partners. Sales, marketing, Design, buyers, operations, ecom business point personRequirementsQualifications/Skills:Proven track record as a team leader with an understanding of all EDI and Allocation practicesStrong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment.Experience working with Key Department Store Accounts, Clubs and Walmart.Proficiency in RLM and Microsoft OfficeBachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field5 years supervisory experience in operations or related fieldSalary Range: 80- 100K Actual base salary for this role within the above range will be based upon experience, qualifications and/or assigned unit.We are an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer.
