We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Director to lead strategic client partnerships, oversee integrated marketing campaigns, and drive commercial growth across a portfolio of high-value accounts. This role is ideal for a client-focused leader with strong experience in social media, influencer marketing, digital campaigns, and team leadership.As a senior member of the business, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring exceptional campaign delivery while identifying opportunities for account expansion. You will also mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative, results-driven campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring long-term growth and satisfaction.Respond to client briefs by developing strategic and creative campaign solutions aligned to business objectives.Create persuasive proposals, presentations, and pitches for new and existing business opportunities.Build strong client relationships and serve as the primary senior point of contact.Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Deliver regular updates, reporting, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.Present confidently in pitches, kick-off meetings, and campaign review sessions.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client partnerships.Mentor and manage junior team members, supporting their growth and development.Collaborate closely with internal teams including strategy, creative, planning, and campaign delivery.Qualifications8+ years of experience in account management, client services, or marketing leadership roles within an agency or brand environment.Strong background in digital, social media, influencer, or integrated marketing.Proven success managing large-scale client accounts and delivering measurable campaign results.Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Demonstrated ability to grow accounts through strategic thinking and commercial awareness.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
